Acceptable use policy
This policy explains how you may and may not use Profilefetch and the products you buy here. It forms part of our Terms of service. Draft, pending legal review.
The rules
1. Lawful use only
You must use Profilefetch and every product bought here in line with the law where you live and the terms of the platform the product relates to. You are responsible for checking those terms before buying.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use products bought here for fraud, scams, phishing, impersonating real people or organisations, harassment, spam, posting fake reviews or fake engagement, evading bans or platform enforcement, or any form of unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
3. No harmful content
You may not use products to create, share or promote illegal content, hate speech, content that exploits minors, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Protecting the store
You may not attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of Profilefetch, or use bots to place orders or open support requests.
5. Honest information
Information you give us, including order details and support requests, must be accurate. Chargebacks or refund claims made in bad faith may lead to account suspension.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may refuse or cancel orders, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Refunds in these cases follow our Refund policy.
7. Reporting misuse
If you believe a product or account is being misused, please tell us through the Contact page. We review every report.
