Security is built into how Profilefetch works, not added afterwards. Here's what we do to protect you, and what you can do to stay safe.

What we do

Private orders
Database rules ensure customers can only ever see their own orders, deliveries and support conversations.

Encrypted delivery details
Sensitive delivery information is encrypted before it's stored and only shown to you on your own order page.

Verified payments only
An order is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms it directly to our servers, never from the browser.

Protected staff access
Admin tools need a verified staff role that's checked on the server for every action, and changes are recorded in an audit log.

Encrypted connections
All traffic between your browser and Profilefetch is encrypted with HTTPS.

No selling of data
We never sell your personal information. We only share what's needed to fulfil your order.
Staying safe
What you can do
Use a strong, unique password
Choose a password you don't use anywhere else, or sign in with Google.
We'll never ask for your password
Profilefetch staff will never ask for your password or one-time codes by email, chat or phone. Treat any message that does as a scam.
Check the address
Only sign in on the official Profilefetch website. If a page looks unusual, close it and type the address yourself.
Report a concern
If you think your account or an order has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away from your account or our Contact page.
